Supervisor Desktop - IP Phone Agents

Hi Guys/Gals,

I am configuring Cisco Supervisor Desktop. I have done this lots of times using desktop agents but this is my first time using IP Phone Agents.

Problem I have is when the supervisors drill down to IP Phone Agents all of the display is greyed out, thus not showing any IP Phone Agent stats.

Has anyone found this before? Can someone advise on how I can go about troubleshooting this?

The ACD queues are working and I know the agents are logged in so your help would be very much appreciated.

FYI

I found out why this is not working. The IP Phone Agent license comes in two flavours. Standard (which I am using) and Enhanced, it would seem the enhanced version is the only option that supports supervisor initiated monitoring.
