Supervised Transfer on One-X Portal not working

Hi,

Has anyone had a problem doing supervised transfers with One-X portal? I have 2 sites on 6.0(8) with One-X Portal 6.0.21 and they can do unsupervised transfers but supervised transfer doesn't work. Instead of the calls showing one above the other with a transfer now button they appear as tabbed calls as if they were on hold. On the phone there is only one call appearance key lit and system status shows only one call on the extension page but both calls on the active calls page.

how hard is the one-x portal box working?

I have it running here in the office in a virtual environment, and its rubbish, there just isn't enough horse power for it to run properly.

Heard of it a couple of times but it works for me.

Login as an admin and do a database check.
If it fails then it is the same problem as the others.
For me the check passes!!!

Database check is OK and the server isn't under any undue strain as all the rest of the One-X works fine, screen refresh and updates are OK and prompt. Its like the One-X is setting the call up incorrectly.

Like i said, I have seen it but it works for me.
I do not know why it happens.
