I'm using a callers menu mailbox type 31. Have supervise transfer set to Y and Busy/no answer prompt set to N.

According to the manual, the call should ring the extension, and if no one answers send the caller to the associated extensions mailbox. However, the server prompts that the extension didn't answer and would they like to press 1 for another extension or 2 to exit even though I have busy/no answer set to N. Setting it to Y causes the same thing.

The only thing I can do to get it to go to the individual persons extension's mailbox is to turn supervised transfer off....

It was the check if extension exists. it was off.
it works now.

And as per the last post, it's nice to let the on hold music play while it's transfering the call.

How do you get the supervised transfer to wait 4 rings instead of 2 rings before it says that the call was unanswered?
