I just received a SuperStacker II 630 - C316984 - and for the life of me, cannot figure out how to access it. I have a serial cable plugged into it now and from what I have been reading, it needs a null modem cable 
Besides that... I have also read that there is some software application to use and I cannot find it to download. Called 3Com and they just retired it in 2005 so there goes that. Any help towards connecting to this would be appreciated.
