SuperStack 3 4500 stacking

I've been trying to add a new switch to an existing stack without luck. Does anyone have a step by step to follow? I've gone through the setup guide but I must be missing something. After configuration using the CLI I don't see the new switch in the stack using the web interface. The interface also responds very slow when the new switch is added. I must have something set wrong.

Please enlighten us on what steps you have performed.

Is the stack all 4500's. If not, don't bother.
