Superstack 3 4500 - Reset help

Hey there,

I have a superstack 3 4500 I am trying to reset to factory defaults. I have interrupted the boot with the ctrl-b, however none of the default logins seem to be there. I have tried the following

monitor:monitor
manager:manager
admin:_______

This is according to the documentation, should it be any different?
