Superloader not found

Hi,

I'm hoping someone here can provide me with some assistance. I currently purchased 4 Quantum Superloader DLT1's. These are to be attached to HP ML350 G3's via a HP SA532 controller.

The drive component of the library is recognised by W2K server however the autoloader is not.

Any ideas?

I belive quantum does not recomend the use of a superloader on most of compaq/hp's SCSI cards due to the lack of LUN support, I had a simmular issue and installed an Adaptec 29160 and it has been smooth sailing ever since.
