The company I work for uses a Mitel SX2000 Light PBX (Lightware 34.2.3.8)
We just switched from a Superconsole 7000 (PC based) console to a Superconsole
1000 console. (the PC was becoming unreliable) & since the "talk to" card
installed in the PC uses an ISA slot, it was time to retire this setup since
PC's with ISA slots are not too common anymore. Since the swap, everything is
working fine, except that only seven digits are being displayed for the caller
id number. Is there a setting I need to change in order to make all of the
digits display? (I know that the SX2000 is old & should be retired as well,
but I don't write the checks!) So until we replace this system I must try to
maintain it!

Description/Symptoms
The SC1000 only displays the first ANI digits when the COS is set for "ANI display only"
(For example, an incoming call from 613-599-8449 will display on the SC1000 as 6135998 only)

Body/Solutions
COS option "Display ANI / ISDN Calling Number" must be set to NO to display DNIS digits when the set is called (and ANI digits once the call is answered).

Thanks for the quick response! I'll try your suggestions & hopefully this problemwill be solved.
