How would i give a regular user super user rights on hpux 11.0

Could I recomend that you consider the sudo utility, it's just what you're looking for and is nice and secure.

A quick way of doing this would be to simply change the UID of the user to 0. Be careful though, as some apps dont like duplicate UID's.
