Hallo,
we have a problem with one super stack II 3300.

The history: we have bought to ss II 3300 switches. To the first switch we can connect through the serial interface or afterwards with a regular IP in our LAN through the web-interfce. So far so good.

But the second ss II 3300 ha a green flashing LED. The documentation explains that "the switch is either downloading software or is initializing (which includes running a power on self test).

So far so bad, because we can wait till tomorrow (or an hour) - nothing happens, we can´t connect through the serial interface (console port) with vt100 hyperterm.

We think that the switch is broken.

Any suggestions ? How to get a detailed diagnostic?

Thx for any replay,
Peter H.
