Super Simple Question

How do I swap the ports of 2 phones in the BCM 50. I am using Element Manager and I went into Telephony Resources and I'm able to view all the DN's and ports, but it won't let me change them.
Please tell me what screens to click on. Thanks Travis

you need to swap crosswire to change ports

you can change DN's (point and click on the DN) but the rest of the phone programming stays with the sets

Telephony>
sets>
active sets or DN's>
double click on the dn of the set

It's only dialtone-VZ

Turn on set relocation. Physically swap the 2 telephones. Wait till they boot up. Turn off set relocation. Done.

With set relocation on, the extension number will follow the phone when moved.
