Hello all,
I have an Aloha database which is a Supersite. Is there anyway to extract just one single stores data from the data folder other than opening up the dbf files (itm,btn etc...) and editting those?

no, as the whole idea is that the DBF's contain all data for all stores. Generally only the Aloha.ini is maintained per store
