SunFire V245 system firmware

Can we check and upgrade the system firmware of SunFire V245?

I know for Netra T2000, we can check and upgrade the system firmware at the SC prompt with the following command:
SC> showhost
SC> flashupdate

I don't seem to find the above 2 commands in SunFire V245.

Anyone can help? Thanks...

I see the command on a V240 which is very similar to the 245.
