Hi everybody,
I hope someone could help me with a hint or comment or anything useful to solve my problem.
I have a SunBlade 100 Server with Solaris 5.8 installed and384 MB RAM. When I make an ftp from other machine to this server and I try to download a file using the "get" or "mget" commands , the Server suddenly lost the communications and I can't reach the equipment anymore. Pings are not answered also ftp's and Telnets. So, I have to reboot the server and the communications is re-established. If I log in the console I didn't receive any error message, the same happens if I check the /var/adm/messages log. If I use the ifconfig eri0 command the status of the i/f is UP and running, but if I try ping any address from the server I can't reach anyone.
I don't know what could be the reason, so ,I just want to know some suggestion and start looking for a solution. Thank you, and please, I'll really apreciate any hint, tip or comment or whatever you can tell me.
Regards!!
