Sun X4270 Server Alarm Won't Clear

[DTGMI]

We have an unused SUN X4270 that we are attempting to load Sol 10 on but we can't clear the amber alarm LED?

Checked the alarm log and this is all we see ...

Any idea what component is causing the alarm(s) and how to clear it?
