Hi

I am not able to reinstall Sun Workshop 5.0 on Solaris.
Actually I have installed Sun workshop on my system
in two different directories.
One is under /opt/SUNWspro ---W/O SC5.0
Other is under /opt/SPROMCC/SUNWspro - With SC5.0
I want to install Sun workshop in /opt/SUNWspro directory
with SC5.0.
If I try to install,it shows trying to install the package
which is already installed,No changes has been done.
Can anybody help me on this.
OS Version - SUNOS 5.8

I suggest you remove the packages altogether and start again. There may also be licensing issues at work here. HTH.

Simply pkgrm <package> to remove Workshop related packages (do a pkginfo | grep -i workshop to determine what they are). Cheers.
