Sun V20z CPU stepping

Hi,

Does anyone know how to know the CPU stepping info on this box from within running OS ( linux or Solaris )?

I know the way to know about stepping when you boot the box. I would like to know without rebooting the box.

I ran SP inventory command but no information about CPU.

I haven't worked on this type of hardware yet... but does psrinfo -v tell you anything?
