Sun Ultra will not boot

Installed Solaris 10 on ultra 60 getting "Timeout Waiting for ARP/RARP" packet.

make sure you diag-switch is not set to true. run printenv from ok prompt. I bet this is the issue

Also make sure that boot-device is set to disk
