SUn Storedge A1000

I have a sun Storedge A1000 disk array thats not in use. I want to know if this can be hooked on to an AS/400 of an RS/6000 System like any other disk array.

The A1000 is a hardware raid and RM6 (RAid Manager) is used to manage the A1000. Rm6 run under Solaris O/S.

I understand it has a hardware raid. Thats how we are currently using it on the sun servers but it can be used with out the hardware raid just as normal disk units also. My question here is if it can be used with the RS/6000 and AS/400 servers with out using the hardware raid feature and like anyother normal SCSI disk Array.Do we have any drivers that support this.
