Sun StorEdge 3900 series

Good afternoon,

My work plan to buy a Sun StorEdge 3900 series. We have Raid 1 and Raid 5. We use approx. 500G of Hard drive now. Do you know how much of memory I need to have for the Sun storage and what model of Sun Storage I really need. Please help. Thanks in advance for your help.
