SUN Solaris 7: How to pin Workspace Menu?

Hi,
I am quite new user of Sun Solaris 7 (SunOS 5.7). I am looking for solution how permanently pin Workspace Menu to Desktop. It means after each login session Manu should be already pinned to Desktop.

Please, refer to attached picture and note the different icon (LEFT: pinned vs. RIGHT: floating) at top of Menu window.

I was investigating through google, but official Oracle Solaris documents didn't bring an answer yet, unfortunately.

Thank you for any guidance!
