Sun Ray 2.0 Administration Gui

When trying to use the Sun Ray 2.0 Administration Gui (

http://hostname:1660),

I am unable to log in. I am using the default 'admin' username and it's proper password as defined in the configuration script. I am also launching a web browser (netscape 7.0) from the Sun Ray server. Has anyone else had similiar issues or any tips on what I may be doing wrong??

you might try changing your netscape version to 4.79

sometimes I have notice issues that usernames and passwds even though they are correct will not be accepted in 7.0 or mozzila. all our sunrays are running 4.79 at least for the the root account.
