I am a programmer and I want to know how to use Sun Packaging. What it is ? what commands to be used ? etc

Are you asking about pkgadd and pgkrm? The man pages are a
good reference to start. If you can get a solaris sys admin manual it should have some good topics.

Alternatively, this is a definition of the package format:

'The Sun package format is the format for bundling various components into one object for distribution, as recommended by Sun Microsystems. It makes software installation and uninstallation easier and less prone to error.' (from dome.com)

Should you wish to delve deeper into how exactly this is achieved, you will probably need to query Sun themselves. HTH.
