Sun L25 fan error

Hello fixing community,

Wrong forum I know, but I guess many of the excellent people on here look after more than STK kit. We have the library Sun market as the L25 which is actually Quantum/ATL. It is giving 'fan 10 faulty' message on panel. It doesn't have 10 fans, and the few it does have work OK. Anyone seen this problem and know the fix?

I believe this is the same as the M1500. If you've rebooted and nothing has changed, it sounds to me like the system board is bad.
