Sun Java JRE 1.4.01 and NFuse17

Does SunJRE 1.4.01 work with Java Client? IE with Mircosoft VM and Netscape with Netscape java plugin seems to work just fine, but SunJRE browser plugins are giving me a headache. What SunJRE:s are supported?

I'm Using
Nfuse17
Secure Gateway 1.1
MetaFrameXP FR2
IIS 5.0
and Selfsigned certificate made with Microsoft Certificate Server.

I would REALLY appriciate some feedback
