SUN Blade won't boot from CDROM

Hi

A SunBlade 150 that I am working with won't boot from CDROM and returns the message "CANNOT OPEN BOOT DEVICE".

What can I do to sort fix this ?

Is this an internal cdrom?

Does probe-ide from the OK prompt show the cdrom?

Have You opened the box to make sure the cable is plugged in?

What OS are you using and are you using cd 1?

Are you using a CDROM or a burned CD ? I've found that CDRs don't work on some Sun CD drives.

check the release date of ur cdrom.. and check what the min requirement that ur sunblade needs in order to boot..
