summit x250-48p probleme

I have an X250-48p switch. when I switch on the swtich it displays (pending AAA):

what is the default pending AAA login ?

is there a solution to reset manually the switch to factory default.

ive seen this when the switches are stacked and waiting to figure out who is the master.

Ive also seen it on single switches, does it go away after a few minutes?

if you can log in, typing "unconfigure switch all" will reset to defaults, if you cant log in, you will have to get into the boot loader and load the factory default. (hold space when you power it on till you see the boot loader menu.)

the AAA message is shown whether the X250's are stacked or standalone. The default system login has no password. It's Login=admin Password=

Someone may have configured the switch to communicate with a RADIUS server at some point. You have to wait for the switch to fail to reach the RADIUS server after several tries, then it falls back to local authentication.

If you need help resetting the configure just post that you want these steps. I can walk you through breaking into the bootrom to get into the switch.
