Summit WM randomly stops handing out IPs

I have three wireless networks setup on Altitude APs running through the Summit WM. Two of those are corporate networks which obtain ip addresses from a Server 2003 R2 server with no problem. The third network is an open guest wireless network who's clients are served ip addresses by the WM and are not able to connect to the rest of the network. It has run perfectly for four years without a problem, and then a few weeks ago I got a call that the guest network wasn't working. I tried to connect and couldn't get an ip address, but I gave myself a static ip and I could get out to the internet, etc. I rebooted all the APs as well as the WM but that didn't solve the problem. Does anybody have any ideas? Before I started working here I had never heard of Extreme Networks so my troubleshooting skills of their equipment is fairly limited.
