summit 48si errors :-ngRxFirst failed WTX1

Has anybody seen the following error on a extreme summit48si switch?
ngRxFirst failed WTX1

The switch passes all the extended diagnostic tests.But this error keeps appearing in the log followed by the error
Sys-health-check [ACTION] (hardware failure)
(CARD_HWFAIL_CPU_CNTRL_QUAKE0_TIMEOUT) M-BRD .

There is probably a failing component in the Switch.
You could try and reload the software image but
the switch may have to be sent away for repair.
