Hi, I'm in the need of configuring a summit 24a switch thats configured with a Vlan with address 10.10.1.1 to a Cisco ASA firewall that is connected to a network on a 10.10.2.0 address, I created a vlan on the switch called vlan1 with address 10.10.2.200 and configured port 24 to this vlan as untagged, and tagged this port to vlan default, this port connects to a 3Com switch and then to the firewall. Ip forwarding is enabled for both vlans but when I try to ping the firewall from a computer connected to the 10.10.1.0 vlan i get no response, the default gateway on the computer is set to 10.10.1.1. What am I missing?

2 things I see - you're trunking (tagging) a port that probably isn't tagged on the other end at the 3Com switch. Don't worry about tagging on the uplink - send untagged vlan1 traffic and that's all.
Also, your Cisco ASA doesn't likely have a return route to the new vlan (10.10.1.0). You won't get a return ping, or any traffic at all, if the device doesn't know how to get to the remote network.
