Before i get involved in creating a cross tab report,
I would like to find out if what I am looking to do is possible.

My cross tab will have a column data (date value) and a row value being an ID#.... I need to create 3 formula values to counts the transactions that have arrived, the ones that are still outstanding, and the total for that day.

IE...

1/17
22222
33333
44444
55555

4 (total)
2 received
2 (outstanding)

Can Crystal handle more than 1 summary field on a column?

Thanks

Yes. You could either use conditional formulas for the received and outstanding summaries or if these are represented in a database field, you could add a second row field on {table.receivedornot}--then you would only need one summary.
