I have a textbox control on the Group Footer of my report and I want to Sum in my Group footer.

=Sum([TractNet])+sum([defectivenet])

If Both tractnet and defective net >0 the formula works.
If tractnet is 0 I get no results.

Maybe this is a null??

Can someone please explain what is wrong?

Thanks.

Robert

Think I got it. tractnet was null. And I am getting an answer = defectivenet

=IIf(IsNull([tractnet]),Sum([defectivenet]),Sum([defectivenet])+Sum([tractnet]))

It must have been the null.

You could try:
=Sum(Nz([TractNet],0))+sum(Nz([defectivenet],0))
