Summing Across Groups

I am trying to create a report that will show average tickets per user by region against the over-all average tickets per user.

What I have is this

Group #1 Region
Group #2 Date
Group #3 Product
Group #4 User

In Group #2 I have a line chart that shows average resolution by month. I want a line in that same chart that shows average resolution by month for all regions.

Is this possible?

To elaborate, first off im using Version XI


I have created a group "Selected" above district and made a formula to separate them...

If {?District}={HPD.District} Then "RegionSelected"
else "OtherRegions"

I then tried to insert a chart that shows teh value instances per month on change of resolved date and "Selected".

The data I am getting is not correct, although it's giving me something... and all the fields below it are populating correctly.. (the groups below are showing the correct data.)

Any thoughts??? This has me stumped
