Hello,

Would anyone happen to know if a report exists which could provide me with a data Summary of Not Ready Reason Codes?

Currently we are able to generate Not Ready Reason Code data by agent but would like a summary by code to report on time utilization.

Does a summary report of this nature exist or would a custom report need to be created?

Thank you,

You have to build it yourself, e.g. via Access or Excel.

Thank you for your reply Supernn. Unfortunately I'm unsure how to create a User Defined Report in Symposium (new user, formerly aspect & Avaya).

Is there a step-by-step instruction to creating a summary for this report?

If not, are there any decent resources available to learn quickly?

Thanks again,
-cmick66

You have to use access to connect to the database of Symposium directly, via an ODBC connection: if you have Symposium client installed you can use the ICCM_PREVIEW_DSN, and connect to database "blue". Use the table xActivityCodeStat, where x stands for either i(nterval), d(aily), w(eekly) or m(onthly).
You can then use MSQuery to filter the data to get to the results you want to have.

PLEASE NOTICE:
As these query's go directly onto the Symposium server in a live environment be sure you insert at least a relevant timestamp, so you do not get too many data.
It's always wise to start with the Monthly table to get the hang of it, before switching to the interval table.
I've seen it many times that the server crashed after somebody forgot to insert a timestamp!!

Thank you for the explanation (and caution) Supernn.
