Summary Option, with report wizard?

ive tried and tried to create a report that will give me an average of values. Ive looked into the help files(not much help there), and other sources. im told that if i elect to group the info i will be given the option to summarise. the option doesnt seem to come up in the wizard. Anyone have any ideas or advice? perhaps there is a way to do it manually.

GOT IT!!!

forget the wizard....never liked them much anyways. I did it by adding a txt box in the rpt footer with =avg([report fld]). after a bit of realignment of the boxes the report looks great.

Sorry to have cried wolf....
