I am making a yield report that calculates the yield for an area of our line. My report has a sub yield field that i need to calculate on or summerize for a total yield. The problem is that summary field options are addition, standard dev. and others but not simple multiplication. I need to multiply several subtotal fields. Can anyone tell me how to calculate this or get around it somehow?
Thanks

U can do this by creating formulas. If you can paste report sample and what exactly u need we can solve this..

Thanks

I Have a "sub yield" field that is a formula, it is made up of "Amount Passed"/"Amount Attempted". So for each "area" (which is one of my groups) it is calculating a new "sub yield". I need to multiply all of these "sub yields" together for the report footer. Can you tell me how to go about doing this? Or contact me directly at jasondecker62@hotmail.com, thanks

You will need to make a numbervar array and assign each subtotal to the array in the group footer. Then write a formula that takes the subyields and multiplies them. You may need a loop to do this, I hope you are using crystal reports 8.5

Let me know if you have any questions.
