I have a report which lists the incoming and outgoing phone calls to the company. I have grouped the report by Extension. I need to create a 1-page summary of the data in the following ways for each extension:

1. 10 most frequently dialed numbers by extension
2. 10 longest outgoing calls by extension
3. 10 most expensive outgoing calls by extension

I tried to use TopN and it gives the top 10 extensions, not the records for each extension. Also, I can only do 1 TopN in a report??

How can I accomplish this? Is is possible to do a 1 page report with all 3 summaries from the same database (no resorting of data)?

Hi Cindy,
If you want all three in the same report you may need to look at setting up 3 subreports linked by "Extension" to the main report.

Good luck,

Thanks Geoff,

That had occurred to me yesterday, but I didn't know if I was missing something else. I've got my work cut out for me.
