In excel 2003 how do I do a sumif if i need to have 2 criteria vs one?
I.E.
Range E1 thu K1 is dedicated to week one
Cell: F1 = "A", G1 = "B" and so on (These are "Crews")
Cell: E1 = 1 (week number) this changes a
Range E5 thru K5 is dedicated to week two, so Cell E5 = 2 and F5 = "A".....

Range for all the detail data is columns N-P
N= Crew
P= week number

What I need in Cell F2 is the sum of column O provided column N is equal to F1 and column P is equal to E1

This will give me the groupings I need for my chart data

Hope that is not confusing and greatly appreciate any and all help.

Please COPY a sample of your table (headings & data) and PASTE into a reply.

Tell us exactly what rows and columns your PASTE refers to.

Skip,

for a NUANCE![tongue]

In general,

=SumProduct( (CriteriaRange1 = Criteria1) * (CriteriaRange2 = Criteria2) * (SumRange) )

All Ranges must contain the same number of rows and are not allowed to refer to an entire column ("A:A" wont work).
