Hello

I've been searching for a formula that will help me, nothing is making sense. I have a report that is generated from our data base. My customers have a distinct reservation number. In the reservation number there are different prices for AIR,HOTEL,CRUISE,TRAVEL INSURANCE and MISC Charges. I’m looking for a formula that will group the reservation number then total the prices that are in the reservation. This will give me the total package price for their vacation.Our database does not have a Field for the total package price.Also if there is a married couple for the res number I need to only calculate the "primary passenger"

Example:

RES NUMBER RES TYPE Total Fare FirstName LastName
12345 AIR 1,035.00 Joe Smith
12345 AIR 1,035.00 Jane Smith
12345 CRUISE 4,035.00 Jane Smith
12345 CRUISE 4,035.00 Joe Smith
12345 AIR 1,035.00 Joe Smith
12345 AIR 1,035.00 Jane Smith
12345 Travel INS 2,035.00 Joe Smith
12345 Travel INS 2,035.00 Jane Smith
Any help would be great!

Insert a group #1 on res number and then a group #2 on a formula:

{table.lastname}+"," + {table.firstname}

Then you can just right click on {table.totalfare} and insert a sum at the name group level.
