Sum of TopN Section

I need to Sum a TopN result in a report. The current SubTotal gives the entire sum. How can I limit the sum to the results of this TopN ?

I ran into this problem last week. Instead of a subtotal, I had to use a running total. Then I got a total of what
was shown instead of a subtotal of all of the records
processed.
