Sum of first value on every page repeating

I have the following global variable
@total
total + {@valorParcial}

{@valorParcial} is a formula field and it is evaluated for a group(not the detail)
the global variable sums twice the first value of every page but the first????
what am i doing wrong

Do you have the formula placed in the group header, with the group header repeating on each new page?

If so, you need to exclude the variable with Not InRepeatedGroupHeader.

If not, paste what is in your formulas, and state where each is placed.
