Sum fields

this might sound too easy but im very new at this so... is i want to sum all the data entered in a table... then see te information on a report...how am i supposed to do this
 
This would be more appropriately addressed in the Access Reports forum, but never mind, here goes:

Create a report based on your table, and in the bottom add a calculated control to =Sum(Fieldname). This will then display the total on the report.
