i'm supporting bunch of programmers - they want to know a close terminal-definition if not exactly for a graphics terminal which is usually used as main terminal/console.

basically, they want to emulate a terminal that is best suited for "dtterm" or "aixterm" once they open an x-window or a terminal on the main console.
