I am new to LDAP. I wanted to try out some samples in LDAP. To my surprise i found that Few examples used Directory package(javax.naming.directory) and some used particularly LDAP(javax.naming.ldap). What is the difference between these two? Are both these same or does one have advantage over other? Thanks
