Hi!

I need some suggestions on how to do something. I have a spreadsheet with several different categories of names and need a way to show duplicate names in each catergory. does anyone know of a clean way to show this information?

while in this forum, at the top of this page click Search and choose Microsoft office only

in the Keywords area type in duplicates then click Search

many many examples of how to deal with duplicates are shown, one or more should give you a good example of this often asked question.
