I have a customer, a shop. They run a 3300.

Currently I have the incomming number sent to a handset (with VM) and then at night they put it into the auto attendant that tells the customer their closed.

Im thinking of maybe just blowing the auto attendant away and having a more universal voice mail on the handset vm that deals with open but not avaiable and closed.

Any other suggestions? They dont want the auto attendant during the day.

Tim

Change 1 of the voicemail ports into a RAD and place that in a Voice huntgroup. During night mode forward the call to that RAD and the "close message" is played and the call will be disconnected after the message. Just an idea :)
