Suggestions for laptop lock kit 1

Have a buddy with an older laptop that doesn't have the lock slot incorporated into the case...anybody have a suggestion for a laptop lock kit that has some sort of attachment with adhesive that might work?

Most of the Google searches come up with good results for cable locks IF your laptop has the lock slot, but I'm not finding anything for older models.

Any help greatly appreciated!
