Suggestions for home LAN monitoring & tools software

Hi all

I am trying to find a simple piece of software that will monitor users usage of our 5 client LAN at home, that uses DSL ICS on the main machine, with a wired LAN, also fitted with a wireless "access point" on the hub.

I am hoping to find something that will also allow me to throttle certain machines LAN usage and also to put a cap on daily usage.

Any suggestions folks ?

( oh and preferably a freeware product )
