Suggestion on tutorials needed.... Thanks 7

[tt]Hello all PS gurus, Would anyone know where I can find good PS tutorials? I'm tryign to get ideas on how to create icons similar to the one below (you know, the mac look)

P.S. I've been dealing with PS for about a year and understand the concept but lack a bit in the creativity department, and it would help me greatly to see how many experts use layers in this instance. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated...

FYI - I have updated that faq list now and they all work and are valid, there are some links at the bottom that aren't links, that's b/c when I re-re-viewed them it seemed that the webservers were being re-installed and there wasn't a site there.
