1.) I am an untrained Avaya Administrator with a 2000+ station system and occasionally I see a thread, of which I would like to keep track.
Is there any way to do that?

2.) I seem to put in the same sort of questions that others have, and it would be great to be able to put in a 'keyword' to take me to a list of questions that have been asked.

3.) Also it would be real nice to have a spell checker on the questions.

Anyone else have issues?

I suspect this is not the place to put these issues, but where else?

Question 1 - use the link at the bottom of the post, labeled "Add This thread To Your Archive". Or, click on the link labeled "Mark This Thread for E-mail Notification". The first option will put the thread in your own personal folder, if you will, and is handy when you see a thread that you know you will want to refer to again. The second option is good for when you see a thread and want to keep track of the responses, etc., on that thread.

Question 2 - use the "Search" option. It's not a keyword search, it searchs against all the words in the thread, but I have found it useful. Don't forget to search the FAQ's, as well!

Question 3 - I agree!
